BIO

I am a 3rd Year Industrial-Organizational Psychology Ph.D. student at Florida International University and a graduate of the University of Maryland College Park with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in African American Studies. My research interests are in Diversity and Inclusion and how one's intersection of identities influences their community-based, educational, recreational, and vocational experiences. I am a former McNair Scholar, College Park Scholar, and a Prince George's County, Maryland product.
